Build Your Butterfly Garden Ocean Update Part 2 Guide
Ocean Update Part 2 is the current live content wave for Build Your Butterfly Garden as of August 2026. New ocean decorations wash ashore, Grove and Meadow Flowerbeds expand Nectar layouts, Treasure Hunts hide the Turtle pet, and Settings gains a Performance Mode toggle for smoother FPS. What's in Ocean Update Part 2
Chocolatine Games describes the tide rising again with fresh treasures. The update focuses on coastal cosmetics, two new Flowerbed types, exploration rewards, and quality-of-life performance tools.

New Ocean Decorations

Grove & Meadow Flowerbeds
Grove Flowerbed and Meadow Flowerbed expand your production options beyond Little and Lush beds. Place them in your income grid, assign strong butterflies, and upgrade using the same Nectar rules as other beds.

Turtle Pet & Treasure Hunts
The Turtle pet is not a shop purchase — find it inside Treasure Hunts. Follow clue routes, claim the reward, and equip the Turtle from the pets menu.

How Ocean Stacks With Earlier Updates
Fairy Update Part II content (Rainbow Eggs, Big Fairy Tree, Baby Dragon) remains. Size Update weather mutations still improve hatch quality. July decoration limits and Egg Album tracking still apply.
Returning player order: redeem Meow → finish Treasure Hunts for Turtle → place Grove/Meadow beds → decorate with ocean pieces → keep weather Luck strategies for rare hatches.
